Our mission is to build character and confidence through faith. Each one of our programs is complete with a structured and well thought-out curriculum that is designed to work on coordination, agility, strength, teaching discipline and building confidence!
preschool Programs
Parent-Child Classes
This class is an excellent way to bond and spend quality one-on-one time with your child!
Part of our Preschool Program, our Parent-Child classes are designed for ages 18 months to 2 years of age. In the Parent-Child classes, the students learn the basics of gymnastics as well as work on building confidence, balance, listening and social skills in a fun-filled, positive and safe environment. They are also taught the importance of listening, patience, and following directions with the assistance of their parent/guardian. The guardian must be an adult 18 years of age or older.
Preschool Classes
Our Preschool classes are designed for 3 & 4 year olds. In the Preschool classes, the students learn the basics of gymnastics as well as work on building confidence, balance, listening and social skills in a fun-filled, positive and safe environment. They are also taught the importance of listening, patience, and following directions.

The MVMNT Preschool classes offer a well-rounded approach to early childhood development, focusing on both physical and social skills. The program centers around gymnastics, providing children with the opportunity to learn and practice the fundamentals of the sport. Through these activities, they will develop essential motor skills, balance, and coordination.
Additionally, the classes emphasize building confidence and self-assurance in our young learners. We provide a positive and safe environment that fosters a sense of security, enabling children to feel comfortable trying new things and stepping outside their comfort zones.
Social skills are a crucial aspect of the program. They will be taught the significance of listening, which is a vital skill for learning and understanding instructions. Patience is another virtue that will be encouraged, as it helps children develop resilience and perseverance.
By integrating these principles into the curriculum, MVMNT Preschool aims to provide children with a well-rounded educational experience that nurtures their physical, emotional, and social growth.
Tumbling Program
Foundations Classes (for beginners)
Our Foundations classes are for beginner tumblers and are separated by age. These classes are for ages 5 and up.
Intermediate-Level Classes
Our intermediate-level tumbling classes focus on beginner to intermediate level skills and are separated by skill level. These classes are offered to students ages 5 and up who have mastered skills in the Foundations Classes.
Elite-Level Classes
Our elite-level tumbling classes focus on intermediate to advanced level skills and are separated by skill level. These classes are offered to students ages 8 and up or who have mastered skills in all of our intermediate-level classes.
All-Star Competitive Cheer
Our award-winning All-Star Program is a competitive cheer program that competes for the highest score against other all-star teams in their respective divisions. Ages can begin as young as 3. Ask our front desk for more information.

The FUNdamentals Program is for beginners wanting to learn more about how the world of All-Star Cheerleading works but without the pressure and without the cost! Ask our front desk for more information.
